I have recently been looking around for something like this myself again.  I know I've looked several times before.

I've used on Acrylic (Perspex/PMMA) in some test jigs and such that I have then treated with Desco Reztore Topical Antistatic - but I have no data on how well that works or lasts.

I also bought a spray can of Techspray Licron Crystal ESD but I'm not sure if I have actually tried it yet.  It is a lot more expensive but seems like it would be a somewhat more permanent treatment.

There are some metallised film materials that you could apply to a clear acrylic backing.
(Basically thin antistatic bags, so only mediocre optical clarity).

If it is a 2D shape, you could look at ITO coated glass.
I have no experience in machining, but i can imagine it can be waterjet-cut or machined with abrasive/diamond tooling.

They usually add carbon into the material to make it conductive.
Carbon is black.
So I would look for dissipative materials. Or review the requirements.

Interesting, but the most available is very thin (around 1mm) for me, above that  - custom and min order $$$   :'(

I wonder if 'smoked' perspex uses carbon as the tinting agent?

Or review the requirements.
The requirements are quite simple - towards 100% transparent machinable and cost-effective material that easy to source from more than one supplier >:D
