The following explains the need, any useful guidance would be much appreciated:

Dear Forumites,

Use Case Summary

The system will read the grid power direction (exporting vs. importing) from Device 1. Based on the net power flow, Device 2 will increment or decrement the connected load bank to maximise self-consumption of solar energy without exporting to the grid.

I am looking for two specific devices for a solar energy diversion project using Tasmota/OpenBK7231 firmware (pre-flashed or flashable).

Device 1: Dual-Channel Bidirectional Energy Monitor

Function: Monitor grid import/export AND solar generation simultaneously (two clamps)

Requirement: Must report signed power values (negative = exporting to grid, positive = importing from grid) to determine power flow direction via chevron symbols

Example: Similar to PJ-1103C (Tuya-based, WIFI dual channel)

Firmware: Pre-flashed with Tasmota or OpenBK7231 preferred, or must be flashable

    Quantity: 1 unit

Device 2: Multi-Channel Relay Controller (16 channels)

Function: Control 4 battery chargers in 100W steps, up to 1500W total (16 active steps, with all relays off as zero state)

Minimum channels: 16 (15 for loads + 1 all off)

Relay rating: At least 10A / 250V AC per channel, could be opto-couplers

Control interface: ESP32-based with GPIO access, compatible with Tasmota

Form factor: Pre-assembled with case preferred (e.g., KinCony B16, KC868-A16, or similar)

Firmware: Pre-flashed with Tasmota preferred, or must be flashable

    Quantity: 1 unit

Prospective use in Thailand. When there is too much solar (1.5kWp) a diverter dumps it to an air heater.
