Dual series switch diodes

hi All,
For the attached schematic the series diode D8 were 1N4148 in a series configuration. Since i was running out of room on my PCB i was thinking replacing them with an off-the shelf 'Dual Series diodes' (
https://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/on-semiconductor/BAV99LT3G/BAV99LT3GOSCT-ND/1967036
). I am just not sure if the specs match. The Max forward Voltage for 1N4148 and BAV99LT3G are
1V @ 10mA
and
1.25V @ 150mA
respectively. Seems like they would fit.
need a second opinion on this.
Thanks in Advance.

BAV99 is an excellent part to have in stock, for just situations like this, yes.

A bit off subject, i am just getting used to opamps, actually learning as i work with them. The gain control is done by the pot R23 and eliminating R24 gives a the same output, named 'iSense'.
Would it be ok to eliminate it ?
