BK 2120B 20MHz or 30 MHz?
« on: Yesterday at 05:11:19 pm »
A high school physics teacher has asked me to repair a classroom scope.

It's a BK Precision 2120B 20 MHz model, clearly labeled "20 MHz," yet all the documentation I've seen in a cursory search says it's a 30MHz model. I'm confused.

I've contacted BK to see about tech info (low expectation, but sometimes I get lucky). Can anyone clarify this for me? Is this an early production 2120B or an EDU model?

This is the first BK scope I've had on my bench, so it should be a fun change of scenery.

Well, here's a photo of one labeled 30MHz  :-//   Are you sure it's not a 2120 or 2120A?
