It's obvious that PCB has exactly the same components mirrored on opposite sides (4 copies of the same circuit). Desolder and measure.
Have you looked up any of the chip's? You might find some datasheet with example circuits, that are the same or similar to your's.

I Email the manufacturer waiting for the replay; hoping to avoid more disordering if possible.

The missing components are capacitor and a resister.
Yes, I know. I was thinking that tracing the circuit in that area could enlighten you as to the functions of these components. For example, gate resistors would be of the order of 100 ohms.
