You could program them yourself with a cheap TL866II programmer. but you have to remove them form the board and place them in the appropriate adapter

The calibrator that was part of this thread is now complete and fully working. I was able to purchase the missing knob and dust filter assembly. 

I will receive another 5500a with some errors. i hope it could be repaired too
