Help with identifying components!!!

Need your help with identifying 3 components from an audio amplifier.

Pic 1) Q4 which is marked as DG S19. A similar part on the same board  measures as a PNP BJT but Q4 has a short on it.





Pic 2) D5 which is marked as N2 Y5. I cannot seem to turn on any diode junction with a multimeter diode check.



Pic 3) Fuses F1 and F2: I think these are 5A slow blow fuses from Littelfuse but I am not sure which series they are from. Littelfuse usually marks the series number on the fuse body, but there is none here.
