Best value hackable scope?

What four-channel scope(s) nowadays are most worth it in terms of buying a cheaper model and upgrading it through hack with better features? Been seeing a lot of talk about the Rigol DHO804 but I'm guessing that new, even more affordable products have been released since that was released? Or not?

If you want a quality tool that works, the Siglent SDS804X HD can't be beat.

I bought a DHO804 and hacked it to a 914, when it came time for my work to get a new scope I recommended the SDS804X. No regrets on either purchase, they are both working very well.

I'm curious is there any scope with the dho804 dimensions which is not Android based (I have it and really hate its UI besides it has touch screen issue). That 12-bit Siglent is unfortunately same size like ordinary digital oscilloscope (like my old TDS3000) - looking for something smaller to replace that damn rigol.
