I don't believe so, at least without any external hardware.

The wireless mic types Dave and I suggested are the best option (without spending a lot more).

Most likely I will stay with the current setup.  Maybe turn off the AGC and turn up the lights.  The AGC doesn't bother me but I agree its a bit dark.   I want to try an external monitor with it.  If that works, I'll get a small monitor that can be mounted to the tripod towards the front.

Tried using one of my PC monitors with the camera.  Works great.  You loose the touch screen but that's not a big problem.  Ordered a small one.

My homemade 20/20 camera mount with added section for the monitor.   Far side is for the high speed / stills camera.  Near mount for the new camcorder.   Remote with coax cable is hacked to work with transient generator.  Optically coupled for obvious reasons...

I want to get some polishing/buffing compound to try and remove a scratch on my Brymen DMM's screen (and try fixing some DVD's , I tried toothpaste on DVD's and it helped, but wasn't fine enough and left more scratches).

Luckily all my scopes are still OK

There is an index in the first post and that topic was covered.

Hey Joe, hoping you are well.

On a recent trip to see a son in Perth a member I'd helped with some Siglent gear reached out knowing we were over them ways and we had a pub lunch with beers and real nice chat...his shout.  :-[

Further he presented me with your fav DMM, yes a Brymen 869s in a nice zipped hard case !  :o  :o

Thanks Joe and Alek = members login  :-X

Hey Joe, hoping you are well.

FYI, it looks like Joe has decided to leave the forum, after some heated discussion. His last login was Nov 13th.
Maybe he'll be back, but he was prolific here.

For those interested in what happened, it was this thread:
TLDR; Joe attacked a fellow forum member for being terminally ill, I told him to stop and leave the thread. Seems he left the forum instead.

I hope that was some sort of mental episode and he comes back.

Reply #257 on that thread is a sign that people would benefit from some self-reflection every once in a while.
Interesting enough, I watched a video the other day from a hospice  worker (end of life care giver).  They were talking about how as people get closer to death, they act more like themselves (no filter).   They were saying how bad people with narcissistic  behaviors would get.  They were addressing kids who may be trying to take care of their parents who are reaching end of life.  You are certainly in rare form lately.  Maybe we are seeing the result of what the hospice nurse was describing.
