Hp HDSP-211x Tester

Found these at a recycle shop in the bay area a few years ago. They both work and light up DIP leds. What's interesting is they both came from the applications department of the optoelectronics division of HP. So I'm guessing they used these to show off their HDSP leds to companies/possible customers.  They are really cool, but not really sure what to do with it hah.
