You're hopeless at images, 82kB would do rather than 7MB. Some sort of boiler controller.

It is a test instrument to measure signal from flame sensor electrodes in gas burners. It is also possibly able to simulate the signal of such an electrode to test the relay/controller that such a sensor would be connected to in a burner control system.
