Rigol 832 - Network upgrade.

I looked into this this morning and having read a bit of the manual for said feature I am glad I did not purchase it.

£102.  £102.... I wouldn't pay £10.

It's barely a COM wrapper.  Basically command line.

What are they sniffing?  Siglent... for free give you a rather clunky, but useful "Full virtual scope" in a web-browser.  Rigol?  AT commands basically.

You also have Rigol Ultrapower. Certainly not great, but can be handy when you are not in the same room to remotely control a DP832...

Also, you can just unlock all features of the DP832 for free making it a DP832A with color dislay and all.

Yea.  That got changed.  Now you have to dump the firmware by hacking in via the USB port and run that key block through a haXzor tool you install on your PC. 

I did try the old key file, none worked.
