I've been looking for a first scope. The additional features for waveform generator and MSO function in 1104x-e interest me to go on that direction. Can those be hacked and only thing needed is the hardware? Also are those waveform generator and MSO worth the money or would it be better to just get standalone device for those features? Also is there has been any new good competitors for the siglent scope, i'd be happy to hear. I am located in EU so probably competitors should be found also in EU to be bought.
Welcome to the forum.

BW and licenses can be hacked. SAG1021I is not bad value but SDG1032X a far better choice if you can stretch that far.
The X-E MSO HW is another thing and although it works fine it's overpriced IMHO.

SDS1104X-E is still a good seller for us and although we often suggest the somewhat cheaper SDS1104X-U the much better feature set of the 4ch X-E's are more attractive to the disconcerting buyer that wants a scope they know they can grow into.

Oh, and another thought, contact your local Finland dealer as he has immense knowledge of the Siglent range and some decades of experience in electronics and the test equipment field.
