Cats in electronics distributor boxes? Ok, I can compete.
How about 11 pounds (5kg) in a 8 x 10 x 4" Arrow box. Originally contained qty 200 0603 caps on tape, ridiculously packed per typical Arrow.
She made the choice between this box and a larger one about a foot away. Turns out it was all about the location.
A failing Lecroy scope... what a shame though!
That was a full floppy drive test, only one decent solution to those fails: Toss the drive for an emulator.
Nope. Toss the scope for a Tek.
This is cat-off-topic, but you don't seem to know how great those Lecroy scopes actually were.
Herewith a picture of laser eyes, otherwise known as the hissing thing I found by my front door New Years eve.
Kind of getting used to be near me now, and loves scratching every thing, also likes being rubbed by my feet, but not hands yet. Chases the laser pointer, still cannot catch it.. Has sharp claws and teeth, and currently is full of energy.

You didn’t find it. It chose you!
Look what's in the new logo.
I've bought a second hand DSLR (Canon EOS 600D). Took my girlfriend and the camera with me for a walk, caught couple of cats. The first one posed nicely behind a fence!
Sidenote for some of you having trouble controlling the size of the inlined fullsize images. I have recently foung this trick works a charm! Seems you can set an arbitrary width (likely also height and probably couple more attributes - haven't investigated past the width attribute).

Looks like this cat doesn't like retro audio:
this little lovely friend of mine got MIA during the last mating season
he had learnt how to open a lever tap I have in the garden and loved to drink from there
unfortunately he never learnt how to close it so I had to change it, after that he just started to call me whenever he wanted to drink
later I made a cat-dominium, the rent is a couple of mice per month
This guy is really astonishing. Turned a picture of his cat into a wooden bowl.
Here's the cat I've been feeding since last Fall. He's just taking a nap in the garden this afternoon.
Cat that shows up at our workplace everyday. Most social cat I have ever met, loves people.
I think felids are ones of the most graceful creatures on this planet.
Madam is here modelling a 9" x 9" x 4" Digikey box that recently arrived containing a 50gm Lattice MAX02 development board and a 10gm BNC scope probe adaptor. It's bit like Roseanne Barr trying to fit into a size zero dress.
Madam, you're not a kitten any more, you're over 4 kg!
(Attachment Link)
Now, nearly two months after madam adopted that box, it's still her favourite sleeping place. I haven't the heart to do what I ought to do, tidy up and chuck the empty boxes

I don't think that 'fitting in the box' even makes the top ten list of criteria when it comes to selecting a sleeping spot!

I'd say you could get at
least two more of them in there...

Cubdriver, reading that and continuing into your signature gives a rather hilariously grim picture of your suggestion...
That's me.
What on earth is THAT?
The kind of cat you
don't stand in front of and say "What on earth is THAT?". Well, not if you value your dangly bits.
It's a Pallas's Cat.
Interesting creature! I would not care to live at those altitudes!
