Went to the "Paw Street Market" tonight (yes that is the stores real name).
He's getting into dangerous territory exploring the wash areas.
You'd think, but we've been going for walks in the snow and he walks right through ice water puddles without giving them a second look.
He also loves to dig in the snow:
Maybe Boomer likes to swim. Bring out a tub of warm water (indoors) and see what happens...

We're working on it. He didn't like the sound of a shower but now peaks in no problem with the water going. He will also run around the tub when it is mostly empty. He also slipped and fell in a (clean) toilet the other day. Got some wet paws but it didn't actually scare him.
Climbing snow mountains really makes him happy too.
And the other day my wife sent me some pics as he discovered the fun of being on top of a door.
Yep they love their ledges.
Stair into the eyes of the great beast.
Replacing a bunch of BNC connectors on some RG-174 cables I got several years ago (the supplier didn't quite make them up properly). Turned off the soldering iron and took a break. Came back to find the Inspector at work.
And the cables were still on the bench? You're lucky...
Not sure about cables but the pen and screwdriver should had been on the floor

na not enough destruction, those plastic storage boxes however
HunkyBill was always jealous of my radio control helicopters. He would sit and watch me fly them. He loved to steal the landing pad when possible but also took great pleasure in walking up to them and gently(thankfully) tipping them over. He was always pleased as punch when his job was done. I miss that boy every single day.

By all rights that box of shrink tubing should have been dumped on the floor.
Nah, it looks like a nice Russian blue cat, they don't mess with peoples stuff
Indeed I do think he is a Russian Blue. I got him from the Humane Society and the card on him said he was turned in because they had "too many animals". But he does things associated with the breed like fetch toys.
He does get into things as do all cats, but he's pretty good about it most of the time. Like today I came back and it didn't look like he had disturbed anything - just looking this time. I had sense enough to turn off the soldering iron (even though it will go into sleep mode). Most of the other items were OK to get kicked off the table (except like I said I should have closed the box of tubing which would have made a mess for me).
Oh! Come to think of it - I think I know what he was looking for (and didn't find). He wanted a cotton swab. He can't resist cotton swabs. I learned that a long time ago. He'll grab one and run off with it to chew on it. So I had to either hide them all or keep them in a plastic container that he can't open. Finding none - he wasn't interested in anything else.

Also, he was sitting at the corner of the 'box' (mat) with strong scent from your hands. I think he was
asking for one.

Nope! He weighs 10 lbs. Internet says they should weigh ... 10 lbs.

About four times. The first time he wanted to stand on it - but I couldn't get the camera shot fast enough. The next times (since I was the one placing him on the scale) he didn't want to stay there. Of course not - he didn't
choose the action I did.
Sheesh, only 10? Boomer hit 9.5 this week and isn't even 7 months old. Just what have my wife and I adopted?

If he gains any more weight he'll start looking a little fat. Yours looks skinny @ 9.5 ...
I dunno what you got. Maybe
I can only dream of a pet monster that big. The house would be destroyed. Walks sure would be fun, I wouldn't be worried about dogs anymore(that is my biggest concern when Boomer and I tour the neighborhood).

With pets and babies, you have to carry them onto the scales and the re-weigh yourself and subtract that amount.

That is the way we did it with ours
I weigh Boomer every Wednesday when comes into the office with me. I put his carrier on the scale and ask him to go in. He usually cooperates.
