A company that only communicates though WhatsApp has probably not a sufficient marketing dept.
I don’t think they used to sent samples to reviewers in the past.
So it’s waiting until a real user is able to order one.
Still no definitive availability.
Yes' they did sent product samples to users, as Dave explains in the video I sourced you..

.
You can contact them through their official channels and tell them your interrested in their products and more often than none, they will likely source you to one of their resellers, depending on your region... for fx Europe & UK - they have like a handful that they likely give a certain discount for maintaining a certain support to these regions.

Its a Chinese company that seems focused on their domestic market..
My impression of Micsig is that they don't put as much focus on other regions, as fx other well known chinese brands like Dingyang & Puyuan.
I often talk with Chinese people on whatsapp, definately prefered over fx email.. not least if the person is on a completely different timezone.. as it can be quite cumbersome over email if you carry on a conversation.
What western marketing department are you missing from a Chinese company?? in what form, they seem to outsource those aspects to third parties (likely their western resellers) even big western brands, like Micosoft or Dell etc do that, and oursource to fx India and call it support or marketing..
