Very recognizable
Every time someone came by this would be the place where our Sammy (RIP) went.
Maxim vs Bug
It's actually a June Bug, well that's what we call them. They come out mostly in June (duh)
from the ground. But this isn't June is it? Well we had a severe drought and 100 deg temps for two months and then almost overnight a monsoon rain. That caused them to dig out of the ground again.
Anyway, when he sees one outside he goes nuts and wants me to get one for him. So I pick one up and put it on the floor. Then he has a new toy. I could barely get a pic because he was moving so fast.
Yes, but what about the bug rights of the bug
Not going to post it, because it will bring animal rights groups on my back, but I have photo's where the mother cat eats a squirrel
Instead one with mother and her babies. Black and white one is Sammy, tricolor one is Ollie. The mother Minou was originally our neighbors cat, but she always came to us, him only being there in the weekends. But when we kept the young ones she got fed up (Cats are weird that way) and left to go back to the neighbor and he moved away a couple of years back taking Minou with him.
Sammy died 3 years ago due to cancer. Ollie was brought to "dierenparadijs" over a year ago when the wifes cat allergy played up.

They are super crunchy
So I can sometimes hear ...
Yes, but what about the bug rights of the bug
Well, it's the animal kingdom. Like in the movie
John Wick Chapter 2 he gets told by the manager -
"Rules Jonathon. Without rules we live with the animals."
But, sometimes he doesn't eat them. I've found them actually alive in the morning. But, I as a human, feel bad for the bug so I pick it up and toss it back in the garden to live another day.
He sleeps in any position.
@mac.6. The mini edition of yours
Like it near the end where the cat puts its paws up and down when the woman raises and brings in her hand
HunkyBill was never on my primary lab bench. It seems I'm a total pushover with Boomer.
Congratulations mate, that is a very beautiful kitten.
A while ago I posted a pic of 3 kittens. They've gotten a bit bigger and passed their 1 year mark a couple months ago. This is Sonny, he's trying out for my assistant, but he's terrible for productivity since he's always after small bits and cables.

He sez " What's this you said about CAT2 and CAT3, I thought I was the only CAT in your life!"
Funny got 2 NOS RS Nixies around, nowhere near the cat.
Meet my new friend:
I think it belongs to the neighbours a couple of houses down the street. It really likes attention but needs to share my garden with the cats next door. The cats next door are very skittish though but seem to envy their friend getting all the petting while they are sitting high up on the fence
The sleeping still amazes me, pretty sure he does actually have some bones.
Now he's just showing off.
Could this be a relative of Steve's cat?
Boomer is at the office with me today for the first time. He is convinced there is a mouse to get at the end of the cat5 tails...
Since we just moved into a new place, we had to keep Minnie in for a few weeks to get her familiar.
Today she was allowed out in the garden... I think she enjoyed it!
I know I know, I post to many pictures. But come on, this is only the third place he has ever been and this is how he sleeps after 3 hours of playing at the office.
