Just an idea: The live video uses VNC and I assume uses those ports.
Perhaps you have blocked 5800/5900 ports on your firewall or your firewall isolates wifi and ethernet but allows ordinary web traffic. Also sometime VNC needs UDP.

I have a question for other owners of modified SSA... I'm not sure, but I think it previously displayed the Uboot-OS version as 3.2.2, and after the update it displays Uboot-OS 3.1.2...

I guess my picture two posts above was confusing.  I always take snapshots before and after updates.  I combined them into the picture there.
On the left is the last version 3.3.3.6.0R7 installed on 2024-02-26 and on the right the new 3.2.2.6.3R2.r2 which shows up as 6.3R2 on 2025-07-09.

Although on the earlier firmware 6.2R5 (I'm 90% sure about it) I had Uboot-OS version 3.2.2... 
Well, it looks like some miracles are happening here..

Maybe it's related to the bugs that version 6.2R5 had and something like this happens when we update from version 6.2R5 to 6.3R2...

No idea what's going on under the rug covers.

The device boots up and seems to be working properly (though I haven't measured anything after the update yet – I don't have time for that right now)... So it'll probably remain a mystery what happened here. We'll see what happens after the next updates...

If it's at uboot level, I would say somebody messed up and made the ADS package with an older uboot...

The funniest thing is that other people have the correct version of U Boot-OS i.e. 3.2.2 after this update...

Unless they have changed the update files on their website (www.siglenteu.com) in the meantime.

It looks like the same file I downloaded (same md5)... ...so it looks very strange...

These are the 3 U-Boot files inside the ADS. For platforms 15, 32 and 75.

Well, all that remains is for someone who has updated SVA1032 firmware to 6.3R2 and has Uboot-OS version 3.2.2 (e.g. bicycleguy) to provide the MD5 of the ADS file they used to update.
It will be clear whether Siglent has replaced files on websites or whether this is due to another (unknown) reason.

I also upgraded from 6.2R5 to 6.3R2 and Uboot-OS changed from 3.2.2 to 3.2.1, so I asked here if others had the same problem.

antenna It also has 3.1.2 on the original SVA1032X, so it's not a problem of modified SSA->SVA.

The file I used matches @tomud's md5 for my former SSA3021X Plus.  The SVA1000X V3.2.2.6.3R2.r2-EN.zip had only the SVA1000X_V3.2.2.6.3R2.r2.ADS and SVA1000X+Firmware+Revise+History.pdf

Welcome to the forum Klaus

They are for adjustment of the internal oscillator error (aging/drift) to a more exact 10 MHz rather than requiring an external 10 MHz reference for all but the most precise work.
Adjustments will need a accurate counter and use of SCPI commands to the analyzer to make the small adjustments to the internal reference oscillator.

Siglent shared the attached User Self Adjustment that will be added into manual revisions.

I am having trouble updating the software from version V3.2.2.5.1R1 to V3.2.2.6.3R2 after crossflashing from SSA to SVA. During the update process, I get the message: “upgrade fail.” Does anyone know what causes this error? In the attachment, I am attaching a screenshot of the system info window.

i did but i was grabbing the ssa file version still instead of the sva file version. I was not paying attention on the download page.
