Damn! I made a bigger mistake!!!    :palm:

Now the SSA3032X-R became a SSA3075X-R.

There goes the neighborhood...

I'm trying to unlock my SSA3032X-R, but it rejects all keys from the python script. I'm using this script: https://www.online-python.com/PX3v0J8nbs

I tried models "SSA3032X-R", "SSA3000X-R", "SSA3000X", "SSA3000R" and options "AMK", "ALL", "7075", but none of the combinations work. Am I doing something wrong? I only need to use Host ID and not the serial number, right? Also the license key should be entered lower case?

Mine came with:
Software 6.3R2
Uboot-OS 3.2.2
FPGA 20250122-1813 20230828-1100
CPLD 0000000A
HW 03.01.04

Any help would be appreciated

Update: downgraded to SSA3000X-R_Firmware_V3.2.2.6.2R5 and license keys were accepted using "SSA3000R" as model and "7075", "ALL", "RT40" features. Updating back to latest FW retained all licenses

Hello,

I've a SSA3015X Plus SA that is 'locked' with unknown password for use with web interface.
Factory reset didn't clear the password.
Any other way(s) to clear the unknown password on my machine?

Found the solution:
System -> Interface -> Web Server -> Password

thanks.

What is the firmware version ?

If it is an older one, you can find instructions on how to hack it.

Other than that, you can try to contact Siglent.

Good morning,

I hope you are doing well.

I have looked for a peak hold function (on my SSA3000) when the span is set to zero Hz, but I don't find it. I have also looked in the manual but don't see anything. Does such a function exist - it does on most spectrum analyzers?

Thank you for your time.

SSA3000X or SSA3000X Plus ?

Zero Span in my SVA1032X (in SA mode 1.6 GHz zero span), select Trace and then Max Hold.....same as in SSA3032X Plus
Then select Peak where in the left panel you can see MaxH.

Attached examples are with no input signal.

It's an SSA3021X Plus. Let me try that.

Operates exactly as SVA1000X does in SA mode.
