His opinions and actions show that he got lost when the US won the cold war 35 years ago.

Lightizer and Navarro might be economic outcasts, but I think the silent majority of Washington is on their side ... getting back from the brink was just almost impossible, until Trump.

Trump murdered the WTO and Biden politely refused to resurrect it. Trump rudely creates unilateral measures to achieve trade balance and prevent foreign investment in critical areas, the next administration will politely keep them in place.

Yes, it's called "continuity of administration" and is further proof, as if any is needed, that there's not really a dime's worth of difference between the major political parties.

With the withering support of the dems, Trump will be the next president as well. Or JD.
Half their support base wants even more insanity, the other half has no idea how to get out of the hole they dug themselves into. They deserve everything coming their way.

Do you know why support for the Dems is withering? Could it be due their crazy progressive ideology, which most voters hate? They don't listen to their voters so deserve all they get.

Maybe if they spend another 20 million dollars on studies on "How to talk to white men" they can figure it out.
Unfortunately, they are so used to just steal the money that is spent on consultancy, probably not a single result comes from these.
"I cant believe that I called he/him a nazi and he/him still doesn't want to vote for me" is the amount of mental gymnastics that we see from these people now.

Nah.

It is because Putin controls the people who machines which count the votes.

https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/stalin-vote-count-quote/
1. Snopes' verdict on that proposition (Joseph Stalin said some version of "It's not the people who vote that count, it's the people who count the votes.") is indeterminate, neither true nor false.
2. Snopes is by no means an unbiased arbiter of "truth".
3. "Russiagate" has been pretty thoroughly debunked, with the exception of the NYT/WaPo/other "lamestream" journo outlets and by the Democratic loyal opposition who cling to it for dear life. (Couple important data points: the Wikileaks email release that was deemed to be so harmful to H. Clinton was a leak, not a hack; the Steele dossier was a total fabrication; et al.)

Putin's no angel but neither is he a Stalin nor a Hitler. In my view he stands head and shoulders above many other world leaders (hello, Jair Bolsonaro!).

Oddly enough I did read the Snopes page before posting it. I hoped that would be A Big Clue that my comment was to be taken as seriously as the post to which I responded. It seems I was too subtle.

As for your point 3 onwards: that is pure politics, so I will not respond.

The Mueller Report (2019) confirmed that Russia interfered in the 2016 US elections. The report described the actions as sweeping and systematic and in violation of US law. The interference included:

1) A social media campaign by the Internet Research Agency (founded and owned by Yevgeny Prigozhin) to support Donald Trump and criticize Clinton.

2) Cyberattacks by Russia’s GRU, which hacked into the DNC, DCCC, and John Podesta’s emails, leaking them through platforms such as Guccifer 2.0, DCLeaks, and WikiLeaks.

The FBI charged 26 Russian individuals and organizations for their roles in the interference, including Yevgeny Prigozhin, “Putin’s Chef” and founder of the Wagner mercenary group, who was later murdered following the failed coup.

What was “debunked” was not the interference itself, but the allegation of coordination (collusion) between the Trump campaign and the Russian government. The FBI concluded that there was insufficient evidence to establish such coordination.

In short, Russian operatives used war-time propaganda techniques to influence millions of voters. Many of the targets remain in denial to this day.

I don't think people understand how much eluding of trade restrictions happens.
Tariffs applied to the tiny uninhabited, nothingburger islands (e.g. Australian external territory Heard and McDonald Islands in Antarctica) were to prevent laundering the Country of Origin.
Wrong.

If laundering prevention was truly the reason, then the tariff should've been set to a flat 1000% (one thousand percent), and not according to a mathematical formula.

Tariffs as laundering prevention, is as silly as 1000 year prison sentences.  Both are purely symbolic and have no practicality.

New CPI inflation figures were released today, and the numbers look ugly. The annual inflation rate has jumped to 2.7% in June, the highest since February. I am wondering what has happened recently? All the talking heads on Fox News were claiming that egg prices were falling, so something else must have risen sharply to offset the beautiful egg prices deflation.

So what? It's only as bad as other US news outlets such as CNN and MSNBC, who also lie. You don't like it, because it leans the opposite direction as you. Non-US sources are much better, if you want something more objective, but again you have to take bias into account.

The only MSM news channel the current administration gives any kind of interview. There are reasons for it.

There is a reason for the 1000 year sentences. If you get a 100 years, they might reduce it several times during the sentence, and you might get out in 20-25 years. For good behavior and things like that.
There are countries where they "throw away the keys" if you repeatedly committed a violent crime, there this isn't nessesary. Some people just don't belong outside of a prison.

Didn't Fox "News" win a defamation lawsuit against them by successfully claiming that they are entertainment and not news?
Calling them a "News channel" is simply incorrect.

I presume he is referring to T'rumps's habit for blaming bad everything on Biden, and while taking the credit for everything good.

It will be "interesting" to see how T'rump spins the future higher inflation caused by the tariffs that are just about to kick in.

The previous conservative president (the 45th) borrowed record $8 trillion, and the current conservative majority in Congress has given the new conservative president (the 47th) the power to borrow an additional $4 trillion. What’s missing? A conservative Fed chairman who will start printing trillions as crazy.
